Elderberry Syrup (Berry + Spice Mix)

The syrup was easy to make and yielded much more than I anticipated. I like to add it to my hot tea, and even drink it cold. :)

I started using this a year or so ago. I know it has been truly beneficial it aiding in the recovery of some viruses that have gone around and my allergies! I also believe it has helped with inflammation. I love this and it's easy to make!

Loved the idea of this DIY kit for elderberry syrup. I was a little skeptical, I won’t lie. But I felt a cold coming when my throat got scratchy, took this for two days (2-3 doses total) and it stopped it in its tracks! Couldn’t believe it! AWESOME stuff!
